Conway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Robert E Conway served as the Chief Executive Officer of Array BioPharma (Nasdaq: ARRY) from 1999 to 2012. Array is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of targeted therapies to treat cancer and inflammatory diseases. Array was acquired by Pfizer in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Array, Mr. Conway was the Chief Operating Officer of Hill Top Research, Inc., a clinical research services company, from 1996 to 1999. He also held various executive positions for Corning Inc. (NYSE: GLW) including Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Corning Hazleton, Inc. (Covance), a contract research organization, from 1979 to 1996.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Conway is a member of Genstar Capital&#8217;s Strategic Advisory Board focused on healthcare and serves on the board of directors of Signant Health and Flourish Research. He has served as Chairman of ARCA Biopharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: ABIO) a biopharmaceutical company developing genetically targeted therapies for cardiovascular diseases, Wall Family Enterprise and ClinOne, Inc. Mr. Conway has served on the board of directors of Alpine Inmmunosciences (Nasdaq: APLN) Nivalis Therapeutics, Inc., (Nasdaq: NVLS), eResearch Technology, Inc. (Clario) and PRA, Inc.
